What information do we collect? 

We we do not currently collect orders online; therefore, we do not currently collect personally identifiable information (PIN) from you.  Should we begin collecting orders online, or allowing users to sign up for e-mail lists, we will collect this information for the purposes of processing orders, keeping records of site visitors, and creating and sending marketing materials on behalf of Donna Lovely Fine Art.  

If/when ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

How do we protect your information? 

While we do not control the information collected through our website, Squarespace's privacy policy states that they "store all user information in secure databases protected via a variety of industry-standard access controls. Secure passwords, SSL encryption, disk-based encryption, firewalls, and other measures are in place that helps us to protect your data. However, no company, including Squarespace, can fully eliminate security risks associated with the transmission of personal information through online transactions, and you do so at your own risk." 

Do we disclose any information to outside parties? 

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you.  We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
